Interlining Source to Attract More Overseas Talents

Interlining Source Limited will strive to attract specialized talents from home and abroad, and build a platform to bring these new talents into full play, a senior official of Interlining Source said.

“The company launched a mid-term plan to strengthen the team,” Sam Lee said, the managing director of Interlining Source Limited. “It is a strategic plan to upgrade the company’s core competitive edges, as an interlining manufacturer for woven interlining non-woven interlining and fusible interlining.”

“Competition in the interlining industry is becoming fiercer,” Sam said. “We need a special and strong team to achieve our business goal in a global marketing perspective. To achieve this goal, elites are one of the keys.”

Sam believed that the local people had the most accurate judgment on the industry status and development. They tended to know what the like-minded industry people needed.

“The local elites in the interlining industry know the exact requirements for interlining products like woven interlining, non-woven interlining and fusible interlining,” Sam said. “These requirements range from quality to colors. They also have the firsthand information on the trend of the local interlining industry.”

“We believe people can make great differences, and that’s why we make such a plan to strengthen our team,” Sam said.

According to Sam, the measures and steps to implement the plan is already on the table.

“A comprehensive platform is essential to the plan,” Sam pointed out. “We need to build Interlining Source into a base for attracting talents and encouraging innovation in marketing, customer services and manufacturing technology.”

Sam also emphasized that the strategic planning team should explore new strategies and means to attract talents globally.

“We hope the overseas talents can bring their own capabilities into full play,” Sam said. “This is one of our corporate values. We make great efforts to let our team members enjoy their careers.”

According to the plan, new strategies will launch shortly to attract the targeted talents.

“We hope overseas talents choose to join our wining team and make great differences in the interlining industry,” Sam said.
